ATBEF recently held a policy review session from November 7 to 10. The groups worked meticulously on crucial policies such as advocacy, resource mobilization, communication strategy, occupational health and safety, data protection, anti-harassment, and staff by-laws. These policies were debated in plenary session with amendments, under the watchful eye of members of the National Executive Committee. An essential step towards strengthening the institution.
