What is YAM?

The Youth Action Movement (YAM) is a structure created in 2004 by the International Planned Parenthood Federation (IPPF) with the objective of strengthening the position of young people, increasing their participation in governance, administration and programme management, raising awareness on youth leadership within the federation, and supporting the implementation of the youth strategy in the IPPF Africa Region.
